TERMS of Bidding

Online bidding is a method of which you can bid on a Real Estate address without being present. As an online bidder you will be required to read the terms of the auction that you are bidding on. As you will note the terms of EARNEST MONEY will vary, as well as the Buyers Premium. You will be required to fill out a real estate purchase contract before the auction (at least 24 hrs before the auction date) and secure the earnest money with the Broker or listing agent. This money will only be deposited if you have the accepted contract with the seller. All accepted offers will be announced to the bidder following the auction. At that time all earnest money becomes
non-refundable. We do not accept credit cards or debit cards for earnest money deposits.We accept personal checks or business checks only.
